My Philosophy: All people with disabilities have a right to equal access to education, employment, housing and places of business. Entities should provide reasonable accommodations to the disability community so that citizens with disabilities have the opportunity to achieve the same goals that their fellow citizens without disabilities can. If you can perceive it, you can achieve it.
My Services: My services include providing legal representation to people with disabilities and their families in education cases (elementary to graduate school), employment cases, cases in which private and public entities are out of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other antidiscrimination laws, landlord tenant cases and guardianships/probate cases. Additionally, I practice general civil rights law, personal injury law, Wills, Special Needs Trusts and general labor law.
